Started off really great, but more recently all efficiency of the company has plummeted and I just do not feel fulfilled going into work each day. Riot Games is not a company I can be proud of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My favorite part of my compensation package is the Paid Leave I receive
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very laid back, but its too laid back, hardly any work gets done.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They ask too many questions about your personality rather than skills you have and testing you on them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Honestly all we do at this corporation is sit back and play video games. Leadership needs to take over and make people do work, there is so much lost efficiency every day at the company.
