Everyone is happier than me. I see new cars every week but not for me.

I turn out the best results, have the best reviews and am paid much less than the men on my team who are junior to me.

Insurance could be better. Still have to pay a slight portion of medical expenses.

No one reads or writes documents, meetings are redundant and the same discussions keep getting repeated. Workflow improvemwnt suggestions are immediately shot down.

My immediate (product) team is amazing but the discipline is led by Riots known worst manager who fails at every job yet stays. No growth.

Meetings are extremely inefficient because of long winded polirical types. Get to the point, actionables. Conversations need more substance.

Other games than League of Legends on the computers.

Accountability, The vendor on board process, the requirements for Red Badge, Leadership, being able to choose vendors that are less expensive, not because we can use them as a credit card with high interest. Accounting practices need to change.
