Rite Aid Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

i dont get benefits so idk

Dont have one that i know

Always could be better benefits

My access to paid time off.

It works for my needs

Pto is 5 weeks once you reach 10 years

I like the extra perks given

Honestly i dont lnow much bout that yet still learning about the compesation package still!

Price and coverage with spouse

Getting a bonus, raise during this pandemic.

Receiving it, I guess. I don't get benefits because 39.5 hours a week isn't full-time.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Benefits are the best at Rite Aid

Review from Sales Dept

I think everything about my compensation package is good.

Review from Sales Dept

Works best for me and what I want

Review from Admin Dept

That I've been with the company for 15 years and human resources have let me know any new information I need for retirement

Review from Sales Dept

comprehensive package - health, disability, life, vision dentgal 401K

Review from Operations Dept

After being with the company the vacation amounts have increased

Review from Sales Dept

The insurance plan is pretty good

Review from Sales Dept

paid time off and sick leave

Review from Customer Support Dept

I believe everyone is fairly compensated for their time and effort

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because I am undervalued and under payed !! I would like to be heard when I have something to say I woukd like the rules and procedures followed and maintained .. I would like some proficency when hiring and training and testing technicians .. they let them just take the test where ever ..

They dont explain anything enough.

Review from Operations Dept

Higher pay or bonuses when meeting goals for mtm or immunizations .

Performance reviews and trainings would help

Need better pay, more paid time & a half holidays, & more recognition for long years with the company!

Review from Sales Dept

Better insurance should be offered

For proper treatment of thier employees

There's no future or promise at Rite Aid.

Better discount and better benifits

To be paid for what im worth

Benefits need to have broader network. More HMO plans

Competative wage. Lower employee payout for insurance. Respect

Pay more, i dont even make enough to pay my rent fast food workers get paid more then Rite aid pharmacy technicians . Work load is stressful and heavy.

Yes no breaks is horrible and we need paid more

All non union associates should get better raises. Adding some bonuses would be great incentive.

Review from Operations Dept

Benifits for salary managerd are the lowest of all drug stores ans the company does not compesate for personal money you spend or wear and tear of ur Vehicle for company use or compensate for your cell phone use because they don't give you a company phone expect you to use all your personal propert

I would greatly appreciate my yearly raise not being taken away every time the company went through a pay structure change. After 4 years I now make the same as someone just starting because they reset it once again. Supervisors deserve more than a dollar more than cashiers. Rite aid is cheap.

Review from Sales Dept

I just think they could do better for their employees, every other company does.

A coworker gets away with not doing as much as other employees just because she is dating a shift supervisor

Review from Customer Support Dept

Higher base pay, and more $ incentives.
