- What did you like most about the interview process?I interviewed directly with my supervisor on the first interview. She got back to me exactly when she said she would and everything moved fairly quickly.
- What did you like most about the interview process?Very open communication - very transparent about expectations, compensation and working in a team focused environment.
- What did you like most about the interview process?The promise of advancement, based on my skill set to increase market share. All promises were lies, they will use you to do the heavy lifting and terminate you as soon as possible to avoid paying commissions. Manager steps in to your role with customers and assigns customer to a house account.

- What would you improve about your company's interview process?The job needs to be explained in detail, also tell the prospective candidate that they will be doing 5x as much work as they are being told but will not be paid/compensated for it. During the interview the person being interviewed should be warned about how terribly "managed" the company is.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There are too many problems with this company to even list, but again, corporate is a crapshoot, so maybe fire them all and find better.
