Learning, sharing my knowledge and exceeding client's expectations with excellent shortlists and subsequent placement of brilliant executives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their support and encouragement during a tremendously tough time for many of our colleagues - we are in Lockdown!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The honesty about the state of the business and the opportunities for growth (of the business - not me)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In addition to my base salary, the extra benefits, ie additional leave. I am not entitled to Stock/equity etc.
