I love the fact that this company is very helpful in finding me work. I just wish they would find me more opportunities and a full time job. Even though I know they are a temp.agency, I know that it's possible for them to place me somewhere on a full time basis. I've proven myself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all help me in the effort to gain assignments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if they tried to get me full time work instead of just short or temporary assignments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the fact that the culture is inviting and there are no biases. The main goal of every employer is to find work for the job seekers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fact that I get to help people, which is what I love to do! I also love the fact that I get to meet and interact with new people. Every assignment offers something different.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the fact that we all work together, putting aside our differences in an effort to get the job done. This is most seen when there are 3 or 4 of us and we have to work on HUGE projects like filing and scanning.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I love the fact that I got to discover more about my strengths and weaknesses. I also like the fact that I found out what was more needful to the company in terms of my assisting them to help fulfill their best potential as a company.
