Quit alienating the average worker with a liberal social/political agenda. It's not appropriate for the workplace.
The haves and have nots says it all. There is a huge disparity between contributors who keep the lights on and the Executives with offices/perks.
Less dog and pony shows. Either engage 1-2 hiring managers and/or peers and let the candidate prove their value. Not a blown up series of panel interviews with a variety of people.
