What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Toxic work environment with poor unqualified leadership and constant incriminating remarks on performance. Punishment in the form of salary decreases, and unwarranted comments to fellow coworkers. Toxicity and retaliation are common practices used.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, promote positive leadership. Toxic work environment with poor leadership. Human Resources is not resourceful and unfair ethics. Horrible harassment during Covid. Senior Management needs training in leadership roles. Horrible uneducated leaders in charge lacking qualifications.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Supervisors need training. In order to meet expectations they do not communicate except to punish employees. Very toxic environment to work in during Covid. Promotions are not earned but granted to friends. Harsh punishments and expulsions for quality employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Change needs to start from the top. Qualified Supervisors who help employees succeed. Supervisors who understand the process and are educated in that field. Goals for success not retaliation and harassment. Supervisor training, qualifications and trust in leadership is crucial now.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication and guidance, professionalism is expected but not received. Team meetings are a chance to embarrass and degrade ones character. Including bonuses given to the wrong employees or taken away from those who earned them. Gifts spoken of given to a select few only to create more toxicity.
