Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?6 years as a lower grade because im not a yes person you get held back ...... been doing a much higher level graded job but not increased in pay ... if your not in favour your screwed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?learn about your team as people and not numbers , without your team you are nothing ... RESPECT is something the team leaders forget very quickly a very much " im higher than you, your just scum " attitude
