I feel men with less time and experience with the company are making more than the women
Paid vacation time
Review from Customer Support Dept
Starting pay was competitive.
I work on the floor and work my fingers to the bone, we get no compensation at all, if we could get a little bit of the commission the sales get that would be rewarding.
They only care about the click and themselves
Management makes us allllllll feel unvalued
Looked at as a number. Many years of service and knowledge completely undervalued.
Compensation is fair but benefits are bottom of the barrel. Raise to industry standard.
A little raise would be nice. Even just a cost of living increase.
To be adjusted based on inflation
Very low employee input used
401k matching. Better insurance benefits
Give us 401k match and fair cost of living raises and quit using excuses such as Covid to pocket more for yourselves
Work multiple departments and only get paid the same as everybody else
Fair pay and not have to do 6 different people's jobs And this is from multiple employees
Review from Operations Dept
If they offered any type of retirement benefits that would be a nice... They dont talk to their employees to understand the low company morale.
Management does not care and pretends to care about you.
The harder you work the more work you get. IF there are wage increases, you get the same tiny increase as the slacker next to you.
Better health benefits, 401k contribution matching
Benefits are the worst I have seen at any company. High cost for little coverage. RRD isn't a profitable company so they don't have the money to afford decent benefits. They are horrible, no 401(k) match. Paying $500 per month for plan that has a $9,000 deductible, poor, poor, poor.
Pay was fine, benefits were terrible and I didn't feel undervalued
No raise in 2 years except 21 cents. No annual performance review. No one cares if you are a top performer or lay out of work, you still get the same.
More responsibility same pay for over a year
