I work on the floor and work my fingers to the bone, we get no compensation at all, if we could get a little bit of the commission the sales get that would be rewarding.

Compensate us appropriately. Give us bonuses better insurance. If you offered double time on sundays you wouldn't have a problem getting volunteers. The company is out for themselves and screw us production workers

The board needs to be preplaced, Senior management needs to be replaced or shift their focus to the customers experience and the workers experience. Workers that have a good help customers have a good experience and customers will come back with a good experience
