Have proper management in place
Fire all the team leaders
Compensate us appropriately. Give us bonuses better insurance. If you offered double time on sundays you wouldn't have a problem getting volunteers. The company is out for themselves and screw us production workers
Quit losing customers and hire some people that actually know what to do

The board needs to be preplaced, Senior management needs to be replaced or shift their focus to the customers experience and the workers experience. Workers that have a good help customers have a good experience and customers will come back with a good experience
Everyone concerned with their own little piece of work, a lot of finger pointing on who is supposed to do what
It is a dying industry and RRD still thinks they are in the glory days
Need management and corporate needs to come and spend a week there looking at the poor management.
Disengaged from work. No matter how much I do, I know the fruits of my hard work will only be enjoyed by the team of my manager in the other site, since all expansions are happening there.

People hate thier job, hate thier managers, can't feel any sense of accomplishment, and are always being slapped with new policies and rules without proper notice.

Upper management is extremely out of touch - they do not innovate, and are stuck in the past.
The biggest issue is the lack of success and the impact it has on the employees. We're never rewarded for doing well only reprimanded for doing poorly
