Treated terrible from management. Atmosphere is down the tubes because of poor management.

Be fair and stick up for employees. Too much favoritism and nepotism

Offer jobs on the spot and don't expect people to wait 3-4 weeks to hear back from you

Give us 401k match and fair cost of living raises and quit using excuses such as Covid to pocket more for yourselves
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get the open spots staffed and quit lying to our faces. We have families we dont get to see because we are forced so much overtime
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Compensate us appropriately. Give us bonuses better insurance. If you offered double time on sundays you wouldn't have a problem getting volunteers. The company is out for themselves and screw us production workers
