The management needs to write people up instead of letting everything slide
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I didnt even have a job interview, I was just hired. This is why they end up with the worst employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well I was an employee who actually worked so I feel I deserved more than the people who dont work and just stand there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There were so many physical fights at work because the management doesnt care what you do and let people sit in the break room all day and not work. Somebody was shot in the parking lot after work once. Horrible work environment.
