People hate thier job, hate thier managers, can't feel any sense of accomplishment, and are always being slapped with new policies and rules without proper notice.
There's no trust in the plant, the managers put everyone against each other passing the blame from operation to operation. There's apparently no training program which makes senior operators hate new employees who eventually quit.
They're constantly hounding employees for no reason other than to pump themselves up. They have a habit of not addressing things when they arise but instead stockpiling them for one big blow out often months later. The better employee and harder you work, the worse they treat you. Prison guards..
