It was good at start but then bureaucracy and politics set in and the management is sinking this ship down with their opacity and cost cutting measures

The management should start treating the employees as an asset of the company rather than treating them like dirt. This hire and fire system should stop.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The competition is clearly paying more in every aspect and RR Donnelley is always using every opportunity to cut costs, including personnel benefits, both directly and indirectly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Disengaged from work. No matter how much I do, I know the fruits of my hard work will only be enjoyed by the team of my manager in the other site, since all expansions are happening there.
