Printing in general is in decline and executives are trying to cost cut our way to greatness. No plan on getting into a different line of business, only focus is getting more of the little market share there is.

Everyone concerned with their own little piece of work, a lot of finger pointing on who is supposed to do what
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are the worst I have seen at any company. High cost for little coverage. RRD isn't a profitable company so they don't have the money to afford decent benefits. They are horrible, no 401(k) match. Paying $500 per month for plan that has a $9,000 deductible, poor, poor, poor.
