I work on the floor and work my fingers to the bone, we get no compensation at all, if we could get a little bit of the commission the sales get that would be rewarding.

They only care about the click and themselves

Management makes us allllllll feel unvalued

Looked at as a number. Many years of service and knowledge completely undervalued.

There is no team work at all, so if we could work together as a team that would be amazing.

Some need to retire or move on.

When employees are interviewing for a job they want, dont give them a completely different job after you hire them

Offer jobs on the spot and don't expect people to wait 3-4 weeks to hear back from you

Find a better temp agency and at least 2 years driving experience because the entire warehouse is destroyed and I'm tired of sending emails that get ignored

Have proper management in place

Fire all the team leaders

Compensate us appropriately. Give us bonuses better insurance. If you offered double time on sundays you wouldn't have a problem getting volunteers. The company is out for themselves and screw us production workers

Quit losing customers and hire some people that actually know what to do
