Everthing and treat people equal not by the skin color
middle management are either bullies or back stabbers; I haven't found a single, quality individual so far at this company

It is always on time and exactly what is expected.
Stock options are very solid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Improved performance-based goals and payback.
Treat the employees bad no matter what you do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are no just meetings for the purpose of meeting. They always have a business agenda, and they stay on topic.
I've been at several locations and each team works together very well.
Some of my colleagues are great people but they don't have the freedom to interact freely - as it is frowned upon by the good ole boys network
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less meetings. Days are filled with meetings from start to finish. No time to complete regular assignments

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Seeing and talking to customer's that expect a poor experience. And tuning it into a Very Positive Interaction.
Fast delivery of projects; variety of work

They were open and to the point of what they needed and expected.

get rid of the bullies and the buddies of managers who were brought in from prior jobs/gigs

The ability to provide great service to good customers that need and are looking for honest and fair help with their business.

altitudes of management is rude and disrespectful. Replacement of management
