Wish covid never happened but even before it did we all started to feel like #s not people who are "valued" beyond manager or dsm. Commission should compete with industry standards. We dont want to leave, but may to find better pay. Targets are getting out of control

Create your own atmosphere as a Store Manager- However at the cost of a competitive rate. I stepped down to become a non managerial rep with another agent and made 30%-40% more during training and about double annually doing less.
