PROS: My direct teams are great - smart, kind people. CONS: The CEO and board are greedy. Benefits are awful, salaries are poor, and executive leadership have never been aligned in the entire 4 years I've worked here. I was hoping it would get better, but now is the time to jump this sinking ship.
