Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My peers and I have compared salaries and we are all being drastically underpaid by an avg of 47% compared to the industry standard. And a liquidity event occurred that garnered a handsome payout for the founders (CEO included) and the board; none to employees that are part of the equity program
