What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to feedback and allow freedom to do what you feel is right.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
listening and appreciating the staff.
Communicate - be transparent. Share the EBITDA with the employees. They've created a bonus plan for all employees based on meeting or surpassing the EBITDA yet they will not disclose what the EBITDA is! Sketchy and untrustworthy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is competitive and the free mattress helps!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My peers and I have compared salaries and we are all being drastically underpaid by an avg of 47% compared to the industry standard. And a liquidity event occurred that garnered a handsome payout for the founders (CEO included) and the board; none to employees that are part of the equity program
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very driven.
Very smart people. We keep each other motivated.
We have a great bond! Everyone is ready and willing to help each other!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its fakeness about how they view everyone as a family. Signs of a fake positive work culture.
I believe we have a diverse mix of ages and cultures all blended together making an environment that should mirror the world outside!

The people are amazing and kind!
My interaction with my co-workers and being a part of the excitement as I watch this company grow everyday!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has expanded the Viewing Rooms too quickly - it is going to cost the company in the long run.
