The increases have been small in relation not only to inflation, but when compared to other companies in our industry. While it is understandable, given current financials, it is become untenable. Promotions also seem to be on hold.

My salary is under market by at least 20k. Plus my team has been understaffed by at least one head now for 7 months with no active steps to replace the last head who left. Remaining team members are over worked all while being underpaid in any event.

Two percent merit increase don't cut it. Wondering if there will be VCP every year is silly. I should have stayed in account management and although I probably would have been laid off by now, I would have been making nice coin. I've been here 18 years. It's embarrassing. No extra perks.
