Definitely our team members and the impetus to keep moving forward despite the adversities and the Goliath of a competition

The challenging work, the ability to make decisions (with the empowerment, which facilitates it) and the support by my supervisor and fellow leaders
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear expectations and a plan to take the Company to the next level. And lately, more cohesiveness and coordination between the various ELT leaders, stressing a needed unified approach.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The increases have been small in relation not only to inflation, but when compared to other companies in our industry. While it is understandable, given current financials, it is become untenable. Promotions also seem to be on hold.
