The best thing I like about my Sabre leadership team is that they are real people who are approachable and have empathy.

I feel I'm very well remunerated financially and the effort that Sabre has put into work/life balance is amazing, you can't put a price on WFA program and all the other extra support services Sabre provides through HR.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Best thing about my team (Amex Global Accounts team) NAM/EMEA/LAC/APAC is that you feel truly part of a mini-family, everyone is there to support each other no matter the day/timezone. No one hides for cover!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Definitely having a physical Sabre office in Sydney. This supports so much positive culture especially across difference business units that you would otherwise never see. Teams calls are great with my Sabre colleagues in other cities but nothing beats real life.

Sabre place great emphasis on the importance of the workforce. There is is a great culture based on good work ethic and having fun and finally Sabre is committed in developing it's employees with initiatives like Sed Talks, Brown Bag Lunch, Udemy and Town Halls

What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is when you can avoid "red tape" and get things moving and done quickly & efficiently with technical systems you can rely on. Nothing makes me more unhappy at work than when I see Microsoft Outlook error "Not Responding".
