Definitely having a physical Sabre office in Sydney. This supports so much positive culture especially across difference business units that you would otherwise never see. Teams calls are great with my Sabre colleagues in other cities but nothing beats real life.
What makes me most happy at work is when you can avoid "red tape" and get things moving and done quickly & efficiently with technical systems you can rely on. Nothing makes me more unhappy at work than when I see Microsoft Outlook error "Not Responding".
