They need to understand ppl wont care about sabre cause they will force them, they need to feel appreciated, THEY work for sabre results, whaif they stop?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

3% merits, no training budget, and no business travels. Nothing more to add.

Compensation for level 12,11 and 9 must be market competitive or atleast 10-20% higher for retention. These level employees are key resources ( alot of time invested in training them) and can leave for higher package once trained. Need to focus here

I think compensation can be improved by offering a higher VCP and increment %. By doing so, it will boost motivation and feel rewarded for the efforts and contributions.

I am referring to co-worker in different from mine. I think we all are doing out own job and lack of communication and understanding towards each other. Perhaps it's due to the different reporting line and we are only prompt to answer to our manager instead of working as a Team.

I am afraid, afraid what will happen to me today, tomorrow, I am unsecure. I feel underappreciated and at the same time have the fear there ate PPL just waiting for any misstep I take. PPl are tired, despite they still believe in this company, they are getting really tired.
