There are challenging days but overall the experience is very positive. I love what I do and the people I work with.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been fortunate to be able to develop and grow in my career at Sabre over the past 7 years. The team we have in place now is the best team (leadership and my personal team) we have had yet during my time here. I think there are still improvement to be made but we are on our way.

Benefit costs have not increased very much in recently.

I love the team focused environment and that I am trusted to do my work without being micro managed.

The flexibility to work at home or go into the office. I love my team and appreciate my leaders.

I am happy to see our culture shift over the last 5 years into a more inclusive, open and honest environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think Kurt has been a great addition, he is clearly passionate and invested. Shawn Williams is phenomenal leader who is fair and compassionate.
