Overall professional demeanor on calls
Review from Marketing Dept
they are driven and focused
Review from Marketing Dept
The ELT show themselves as approachable, casual and with a down to earth style. I do like they clarity in global communications and they relaxed-tech style, however, I work in the Richmond office and we don't interact that much with the ELT. Kurt's visits are valued.

Due to strapped resources, please evaluate priorities and then remove or extend those which can not get ample time for work.
Review from Marketing Dept
communicating in a clear and simple way what our goals and focus areas are
Review from Marketing Dept
Being more customer centric. Sabre isn't an industry leader anymore, so our constant talk of innovation and growth falls on deaf ears because we can't meet the customers current needs, let alone blaze a trail into the future.

Leaders are good about verbally communicating their appreciation, but my salary does not match the value I provide to this company. Only getting a 2% merit increase this year didn't help things.
Review from Marketing Dept
Comparison to other companies shows higher salary for a role in this position, especially when comparing the need to be on high volume of meetings outside of regular working hours.
Review from Marketing Dept
My workload has dramatically increased in my 2.5 years in the company, however my salary is the same. I did get two little (2%) salary increases each July but that doesn't compensate my high workload, and $ I now must spend on x 3 office days, so basically I'm making less money than when I started.
Review from Marketing Dept
Minimal pay rises that are significantly less than inflation means that we have actually had a substantial reduction in salary over the last few years
Review from Marketing Dept
Even having the conversation of how I can work towards the next pay grade isn't an option. It feels like the only chance to change compensation is to get promoted and that doesn't feel attainable at Sabre / in my part of the organization
Review from Marketing Dept
Approachable and adapt quickly to changes

My immediate team has each others backs and is willing to flex beyond their official duties to help each other out in times of need. We good at communicating, collaborating, and celebrating each other.

Review from Marketing Dept

People at Sabre tend to want to get in & get out and the "culture" feels forced. Wish there were more opportunities for actual fun virtual events that don't have to do with work.
Review from Marketing Dept
As a whole, we know we need to produce "better" work. However, we have repeatedly asked for examples have yet to receive a clear understanding of what that means. Also, team members need to accept decisions made by executives so we can all get our work done.
Review from Marketing Dept
Having a Sabre story & culture to grow, celebrate and win together in market
Review from Marketing Dept
Appreciate the flexibility for remote work
Review from Marketing Dept
Everybody is nice and supportive

the multicultural enviroment is the most positive aspect
Review from Marketing Dept
Ability to retain quality employee and full staff
Review from Marketing Dept
When it is a global company, why do new hires and back fills are restricted to a specific region or country? People need to be more aware of time zone differences and appreciate the different lens that team from other region offer.
Review from Marketing Dept
Customer centricity. We can no longer rely on Sabre's tenure in the industry - we need to focus on solving problems and proving our value.

Working in an industry that I like, related to travel and airlines.
Review from Marketing Dept
There is so much talk and pressure about 3 days a week in the office. I would love leadership to just put a pause in talking about it and trust that their people are doing their best effort to come in as much as they can. There is so much pressure on this topic
Review from Marketing Dept
Too much on my plate, not enough people on the team/in the department, new tasks getting piled on a daily basis, because management knows I can get stuff done.
Review from Marketing Dept
Despite all efforts (like P25), problems tend to remain the same and struggling to get resolved: ability to stick to committed deadlines in product roadmaps (or too ambitious in setting a deadline), overengineering processes and tasks, slow time to market, always lagging behind Amadeus.
Review from Marketing Dept
Constant industry struggle during travel recovery, too many siloed teams contradicting work, limited resources, and executive leaders change every 3 years (which changes directions/goals and team member morale)
Review from Marketing Dept
The volume of work is high. I am not able to complete my to-do list on a daily basis which drives anxiety at work and at home. I could work 12+ hours a day and it still not be done, but with having a family I have to end my day at 9 or 10 hours. I could easily work on the weekend which is not ideal.
