The people are good, hard working people and the benefits are pretty good
They create opportunities for exposure to them
They have a strong desire to foster a positive team culture
The people at my level are good people and are likeminded
They travel to the various offices and spend time interacting with staff
The additional days off we get e.g. for moving house, getting married etc.
The products aren't very 'sexy', and we don't really have much flare when we speak about them
Everyone is on the same page with creating a good culture, everyone is as invested as the next person
They are all on the same page and everyone is willing to give a helping hand when you need it
Even having the conversation of how I can work towards the next pay grade isn't an option. It feels like the only chance to change compensation is to get promoted and that doesn't feel attainable at Sabre / in my part of the organization
There is so much talk and pressure about 3 days a week in the office. I would love leadership to just put a pause in talking about it and trust that their people are doing their best effort to come in as much as they can. There is so much pressure on this topic
