What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Identifying strengths and providing opportunities for team members to grow their skills, celebrating individual and team successes to boost morale, optimize workload distribution [not overload them with nonsense work], and building trust through authenticity and open communication.

Right now the leadership is extremally customer driven. I understand the need for this since the company is in an uncomfortable spot, but I feel like employees are being unappreciated a bit too much. It feels like there's constantly more pressure put on us while we don't receive any extra motivation

If the company wants to be attractive for Generation Z people and have better engagement - it should bo back to WFA program. Currently the company is less flexible (in this area) than it was over 15 years ago.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our yearly increment far leas than the inflation percentage. Would like to see us get our salaries normalized with market.

In terms of CLP I am underpaid when compared to market standards.

Since the inflation in the past 3 years has gone up steeply, a better annual hike is what would make me feel better. At the moment it's like neck to neck when I compare my salary with my spendings and savings. there is nothing extra left even though I haven't increased my savings in the past 3 years

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers could improve on actively listening to others' perspectives, and collaborating to leverage diverse ideas. We may need to work better if we have chance to meet in person once a quarter so that we can get to know each other in personal level and learn their work ethics.

They should showcase skill as per their designation, which is lacking. They should not seek hand holding. When there is time zone difference then team meeting/standup/general discussion should not overrun the allotted time.

Get things done quicker. It may be a lack of time with the amount of work to do and how many people to do it, but I have no way of really knowing that.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of antiquated career categories and make it simple; increase transparency on promotion decisions, not rubber stamp promotion; invest in and support career growth and advancement; and encourage regular feedback from employees specific to their managers' work and directors' contribution.

my skills and level of experience is not valued by not providing me growth. Even a multi skilled person is not awarded with better compensation and designation. There is lot of expectation. Company is struggling to clear its debts; its share price is often decreasing this gives a negative feeling.
