I am fortunate to work with great leaders and teams. I am positive person so mostly focus on positive aspects with work and people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in the leadership role for almost 4 years now and the compensation is at a lower scale. I get the feedback that I do the best for and in the team to produce best results. If this can translate with good compensation as well it will be great!
