Cost of living has risen sharply over 3 years but very low salary increases leave a large gap in standard of living for anyone who stays at Sabre

We have been doing more with less since 2022 and the work continues to grow. I work 50 hours plus a week and still don't feel productive because as 1 item is completed another is added. Work continues to grow, economy prices continue to grow but pay compensation does NOT. Need more incentives.
