1. better plan the budget - not fire and hire all over again (make people feel safe, as right now they don't feel safe) 2. appreciate more experienced and loyal employees and allow good raises if the manager thinks the employee deserves it 3. adjust the salary to the rising cost of living

Raises that at least try to keep up with inflation and the cost of living. We have only been seeing 2-3% over the last 3 years.

I have developed a lot in the last 2 years and my manager thinks and says that I deserve a big raise because of the progress and how much I do, but he himself says that there is no such possibility at the moment, so I got a promotion but with a small raise and I feel underappreciated

Get out of their silos and be more willing to share their knowledge. Many think that if they share their knowledge they will be less valuable

I don't know my coworkers very well yet. They are all based out of India and I feel like we have lots of communication problems because of a language and culture barrier. I hope it will improve the longer I work with them.
