There is no inspiration coming from our leaders. Seems they come from a past age. We talk a lot being a different company but I am reminded of the Sabre we were 10 years or longer ago.

Looking at the market, I'm about 30% off compared to similar positions elsewhere, and it would help me to be happy to make more money, so that when other companies come knocking which has happened at the end of last year and this year, I'm not as tempted to leave. Even a 25% increase would help me.

Doing and completing projects just to complete them instead of taking the correct amount of time to complete needs to change. We have No-/Go-Calls, which are ridiculous because we are always forced to say Go regardless if the project is complete or not.

Payday, winning sales opportunities, free food at least once a week because driving 45 minutes to get here, at least that is an incentive that I don't have to wait almost 3 months for (SIP takes a while to process and pay), and it does help my wallet, it should happen more often!
