People Leaders and manage multiple market, that's not aligned with other GDS offer locally.
We know what's area to improve but seems not easier to change, not know how to move forward
Medical and Sales Incentive Plan (but if it can be updated annually with the staff's latest salary) It will be much better.
Leader's update and sharing - even we are facing many uncertainties or changes. Sabre will have plan for the future. Project 25 - 2025.
They did well. If for doing much better, they missed out some well-knowledge / experienced staff when restructure. The staff may not contribute or 100% valued (Sabre think) to his current role however if Sabre can retain that staff and re-allocate him to the right place. It will help Sabre a lot.
