Depending on which leadership we talk. There is no conversation with leadership and they treat the employees like a kids. We are mature people with lots of problems in this changed world - high cost of life without proper salary. All benefits are taken from us too.

Provide open budget information regarding our teams, colleagues, and hierarchy peers across Sabre. With this info we can make a fair assumption and fight for fair compensation. If not, we end up with today's situation. Undervalued people end up leaving because of waste management resources.

VALUE the time of EMPLOYEE. Company have too much policies and procedures slowing us down for any operational need. IT exist only for customers but not for employees. I'm bored cause I'm surrounded by 100% manual tasks. US never counts the specifics of other countries that can not operate the same.

Most part of my job is manual because US is too busy with global projects like BRIM but at the same time not allowing me to do any improvement which are critical for local needs. The external auditors are a frustration and continue to be every year. I do not have a lot of optimism that it will get better in future years (I have been at Sabre close to a decade). It is discouraging to have a problem that hasn't been solved for.

After Covid the work culture has changed, sometimes people prefer to work from home as it saves a lot of time & energy by avoiding long commutes, however it's also important to come to office once/twice a week for building positive relationship with coworkers & maintain that sense of connection

for our function, the business environment is getting hugely more complex, but resourcing is not changing. projects to reduce complexity need to be funded and advance and more resources added. i have never met F2F any of my team members outside the UK in the almost 5 years i have been here.
