Provide more explicit and detailed information about Sabre's future and future for particular area/departments/products. We are often in the dark regarding the goal for Sabre for next years as they are presented really in a high-level way without precise plans.

Our teams have taken on additional workloads without pay raises or promotions due to budget constraints but those who were not part of a RIF or voluntary reduction effort have been rewarded with insensitive executives who remind employees that if we don't like it, there is the door.

Comparing with other tech companies, I think the pay is comparably lower. Many other companies offer RSUs which complements the base pay, but it is not offered to all levels here.

Improve management. Create official channels to propose ideas and procedures reviewed by more people than those directly affected. Review your data and sources. Be clear and demand collaboration and communication from all teams.

1) Too much uncertainty. Even after a good quarter we see team members let go. 2) Always on edge if we are going to be list of layoff. 3) It almost seems every manager or leader are insecure at work and it comes out in many form. This cascades to team members too. 4) Toxic work environment.
