Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the last 4 years, pay increases have not kept up with inflation so the real value of our pay has had steadily declined over time. More effort should be made to reward those that are critical to the success of the business.

Receive compensation aligned with the current market rate. Suggest getting back simple rewards like saythanks annual anniversary. It would also be beneficial to introduce new benefits, such as a day off for birthdays, a single leave day (similar to parental leave), and mental health leave.

Better recognition for the contributions of non-sales roles so that all areas feel the work they do matters. Enable teams to meet at least once every few years. Most teams outside of sales never get to meet each other.

Cross team cohesiveness is poor. Account Managers are judgmental and unkind. Having a biased manager shows unkindness and unprofessionalism whom previously tried to run me down and preached religion to me.
