Overall I appreciate the flexibility Sabre offers which is my favorite part of my role. However, I do find myself wishing that there were more opportunities to meet others outside of my team and build relationships that aren't directly related to work. Also wish there were better fitness benefits

Minimizing meetings so we have individual contributor time and flexibility to manage personal life as needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparison to other companies shows higher salary for a role in this position, especially when comparing the need to be on high volume of meetings outside of regular working hours.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People at Sabre tend to want to get in & get out and the "culture" feels forced. Wish there were more opportunities for actual fun virtual events that don't have to do with work.
