Review from Sales Dept

Review from Product Dept

Bonuses and having the ability to not work full time hours but receive benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

Pay what you're worth and generous performance incentives.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher pay to employees who've devoted much of their lives to the company only to have a banana on a string dangled in front of them for years

When employees get paid a livable wage and get hazard pay for working in dangerous situations, I will feel better about compensation.

If I was actually given any.

Of you Where to overall see my Numbers compared to other employees. The numbers would say it all. To pay me what is rightfully mine

the system is rigged to go against the tech if doing the procedure properly. the only techs i see in advanced roles are taking shortcuts to be in good stance with the system.

Review from Operations Dept

Like i said i have not been here long but this can not be how it is. i wast told about all the quotas & percentages but as ive viewed others is basically set up for failure unless your not following proper procedures.

Expect you to to do double the work and push yourself til you can't do it anymore, for little pay. Selling your soul to the devil working here.

They need to bring back old pay plan so it can reward the hard workers

I am able to do about 6-7 jobs a day and make $20 but new guys come in making $19 but only do 2 jobs so tell me how it makes sence. Obviously I deserve more because i make the company more money.

I work almost 60 hours a week, working on 3+ cars an hour, but only get a $1 raise to take a new postion with a list of new responsibilites

This company should value quality and productivity over salesmanship for its front line technicians. Wiper sales should be a bonus, not a metric that can cost you you title and years of earned pay raises.

Was never appreciated or recognized for all I did even though the other CA got away doing nothing but got praise and treated like a princess daily. Pretty sure she was compensated way more than I was also. But as she put it. " IT'S ALL IN WHO YOU KNOW!"

To feel like a human again. Gone are the days of feeling I can make a difference or belong to something bigger than myself. I find myself looking for other options, unconcerned with less pay just to leave the toxic environment.

Money means nothing when we are having to work 6-7 day work weeks. Being with family is important.

Pay decreases for a vaule adding product when there are multiple factors in play. VAPS is not the job, but an added part. 10% pay cut and your people have to go to a home to a mortgage that they would never get approved for with their current pay. Life changing constructive dismissal.

Review from Product Dept

Stick with a pay plan. The technicians never know whats gonna happen next. It changes all the time. The requirements change with the weather. Not professional at all. Very greedy company to work for

Review from Product Dept

Don't introduce a pay plan that can demote you pay or increase your pay every 6 months during a pandemic.

The new pay plan is not what we wanted its what investors wanted. The employees wanted QCI with no NPS or product issue TVQ Elimination from bonus. Just saying if you drop peoples pay during a economic crisis due to a lack of wiper sales not workmenship issues they will quit.

Review from Operations Dept

The manager and office personal have made plenty of mistakes and it seems that i have been made to be the bad guy there has been plenty of mistakes on thier part with my schedule and it seems to always be my fault and the amount of pressure i recieve to get cars done and sell those damn wipers

It's impossible every year to renew the insurance
