There is always something going on to increase the company culture.
I don't know that there is any at this moment. Maybe the informal town halls and swag we get for rebranding.
It's about as good as it can be working remotely - there are some incredible people that I never cross paths with online that I might socially in the same in-person work environment - would like to see some of the random online social interactions come back - speed meetings with a small groups
