Supporting their employees, making sure they're satisfied, and taking responsibility

No supplies; technology does not work, terminal are over 20 years old, poor communication to employees, and managers do not have a clue how to motivate employees.

The best part of my compensation package is the package is based on my skills.

Just having Insurance & being able to have access through CIGNA to for mental health. I enjoy having a 401(k) and I love the store hours.

Undervalued is not even the word. This is one of the worst places to work hostile volatile work environment that no one should have to deal with.

Seasoned sales associates should be compensated hourly for their experience

More pay from a store that makes 300 million a year.

People are generally rude to their equals and even their higher-ups. It seems to be the company culture because nobody ever tells people when they are inappropriately speaking to another employee or their boss

The manager push to sell sell sell and don't care about how we achieve the goal

Management needs to provide effective tools, a positive and motivating environment, and good communication to their employees.Saks needs to not demoralize employees!

The merchandising is out of date. Management is inept compared to other department stores and sales people are stuck up to the point that they don't even help customers or straighten their departments. This is exactly why people are happy that Nordstrom built a flagship in New York City
