Saks Fifth Avenue Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

its positive because of my coworkers in my area

Inclusive and they care about their community

Happiness High Energy Energetic Helpful

The attitude of all of the workers

When we work together as a team and excellence is rewarded

Some prople that work there

Review from Sales Dept

Make as much as you can, sell sell sell

Workers and customers are stuck up because they think that shopping or working at Saks is some great claim to fame even though the company is completely going downhill in every sense of the word. Work environment is so disgusting and small that you're constantly having to bump into people

Review from Operations Dept

When we had events and the vendors would give us free merchandise

There's not much, honestly. The people are cool so we make the most of it but with an uncertain future for the company and poor leadership, there's not much keeping morale up.

Review from Operations Dept

The music they play throughout the day & my customers are awesome

Review from Sales Dept

The Co workers helping one another and supporting one another during events

Review from Sales Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Give better training to these people who are coming in new.. Because they have no prior experience.

Better communication and honesty is key

We need more communication with each other

Be more focus in the Helth of the employees

An even playing field for all employees, adequate supplies to do job, managers that actually help and motivate employees, technology that actually works, and having adequate stock.

Better care of the client

There is no company culture. A joke in every way.

A leadership that acts a leader not as a dictator boss

Review from Sales Dept

We need harder workers at the job.
