What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating and supporting the employees

First of all they need to work on be professonal and respectful

Supporting their employees, making sure they're satisfied, and taking responsibility

Help the employee and fomenting a healthy work environment,

No supplies; technology does not work, terminal are over 20 years old, poor communication to employees, and managers do not have a clue how to motivate employees.

they need to actually train their employees and have clear standards of operation. Need a proper work environment and need to make sure that people are properly on boarded and therefore getting paid. I was hospitalized and rather than taking any bit of concern I was accused of being unreliable
