Should have experinced team of mangers and directers also the whole work enviroment is missedup The assoiates are not trained well before putong them on the flour

Pay competitive wages and stop reducing benefits.

Review from Sales Dept

Undervalued is not even the word. This is one of the worst places to work hostile volatile work environment that no one should have to deal with.

Seasoned sales associates should be compensated hourly for their experience

It is sad to say but they have no customer service skills. And they’re rude to customer

Team work , respect eachother

Review from Sales Dept

Most coworkers are sharks when it comes to sales.

People are generally rude to their equals and even their higher-ups. It seems to be the company culture because nobody ever tells people when they are inappropriately speaking to another employee or their boss

Review from Operations Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Give better training to these people who are coming in new.. Because they have no prior experience.

We need more communication with each other

Be more focus in the Helth of the employees

An even playing field for all employees, adequate supplies to do job, managers that actually help and motivate employees, technology that actually works, and having adequate stock.

More honest and to tell the truth about what is going on with the draw against commission pay and to explian how to deal with the assoiates They lied about everything

They need to have a deep background check

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

The manager push to sell sell sell and don't care about how we achieve the goal

Management needs to provide effective tools, a positive and motivating environment, and good communication to their employees.Saks needs to not demoralize employees!

The merchandising is out of date. Management is inept compared to other department stores and sales people are stuck up to the point that they don't even help customers or straighten their departments. This is exactly why people are happy that Nordstrom built a flagship in New York City

Review from Operations Dept

More support from management on reaching sales goals. Be realistic, how can we meet goals if there is no foot traffic ?

Insensitive management with bully qualities
