Our leadership truly cares about the people who work here, and allows us to bring our true self to work each day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated that one of the interviews (the Core Values Interview) was a "culture fit" interview, that felt more structured and objective. It wasn't about whether or not the interviewers "liked" me, it was about whether or not I would align with the Core Values of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of our values is Glass Half Full. You're not expected to "smile" through everything, but you are expected to bring a positive attitude to a challenging situation, and be solution oriented. I love this because it allows us to truly be Biased Toward Action (another one of our values).
