What are some of the best things about your team?
My team cheers each other on and consistently highlights each others' success. One person's success is seen as success for the whole team. They embody our core value: "Team over self". They also respect my time and work habits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our core values are so clear and are really reinforced, daily--they're not just there for "the website". They're practiced. Our all-hands meetings often resemble pep rallies and when a new product or feature is released, employees are so fired up. Good vibes only.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not an easy process--they put me through my paces. The culture interview and the values interview were unique and showed me how serious Salesloft is about protective its values-driven workplace. When I was offered the job, I was so happy. The more people I met, the more I wanted the job.
