They're super approachable. I know I can reach out about anything, they're always willing to help.

Being able to be at peace with what I do and take breathers when it's getting overwhelming.

I liked that everyone followed up and seemed sincere in everything they told me and while being here I've confirmed its a great place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love all the mini-activities they do for us, I feel like they really push for connection between teams and that's great! I love the cooleaf challenges as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the minor medical expense insurance, though I feel we could change the company that provides this service for a better one with a larger coverage and better support (MX).
